Portland Maine Reggae Fans!!!  Its the 1st annual “Portland Winter Reggae Splash” featuring Mighty Mystic taking place at Port City Music Hall in downtown Portland on February 6th 2015.  This event will be extra special as we will be celebrating the 70th Birthday
